We do not accept returns for change of mind or flavour preferences. All sales of opened vape products are final for hygiene reasons.
All products sold by Vape Culture Kenya are sourced directly from authorised distributors and are 100% genuine. We do not sell counterfeit products. If you have concerns about the authenticity of a product you have received, contact us via WhatsApp with photos and we will investigate.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a heart condition, respiratory illness, or other medical condition, consult your doctor before using vape products.
