If you see significantly cheaper prices for the same product, it's almost certainly a counterfeit. Fake vapes use inferior ingredients, untested coils, and can be genuinely harmful. We price our products to reflect the genuine article — there are no shortcuts.
Puff count is the approximate number of draws you can get from a fully charged device. A typical vaper taking around 200–300 puffs a day would use a 5,000-puff device for 2–3 weeks. A 50,000-puff device could last several months for the same person.

Most of our disposable vapes use 50mg/ml (5%) nicotine salt. This provides a smooth nicotine hit similar to a cigarette without the harshness. Nicotine salts are absorbed faster and are more satisfying for smokers switching to vaping.

We're sorry to hear that! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo or video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We take defective products seriously and use feedback to improve our quality checks.
Used products cannot be returned unless they are defective. If your device stops working prematurely (e.g., a 50K device dies after 5K puffs), that's considered a defect and we'll replace it. Contact us with details.
We always confirm your flavour choice before dispatching. If there's a mix-up on our end, we'll replace it immediately. If you change your mind after delivery, we unfortunately can't accept returns on the correct item — but we can help you exchange it in some cases. Chat with us.
